Our coastal candle collections are made with a blend of all-natural coconut, and eco-soy waxes. Each one is mindfully poured into amber glass jars or premium rocks glasses that are versatile, reusable and recyclable. They are wicked using an lead and zinc-free, organic cotton wicks. The coastal aromas used to scent the candle collections are custom blends of pure essential oils as well as phthalate and paraben free fragrance oils. All our coastal candles are handcrafted in small batches from the small surf town of Tofino on Vancouver Island. They are vegan, cruelty-free, and have zero petroleum and preservatives in them. On The Inlet - Inspired by the Tofino Botanical Gardens that stretches along the Clayoquot Sound. It is a 10 acre property that is set 'On the Inlet'. You can get lost on these grounds amongst the second growth forest for what feels like days. I’ve blended lavender, mint, cedarwood, and rosemary in the hopes of encapsulating this sacred space to be enjoyed at home. Mermaid Tales - Mermaid Tales as notes of bergamot (earl gray tea), honey and dash of cream. It was inspired by the Mermaid Tales bookstore in the heart of Tofino. Hot cups of tea and a good book go hand and hand. The only way to make this picturesque moment any better would be to have one of these fresh and earthy candles burning nearby. Midnight - The Midnight candle has a warming blend of teak, fir, sandalwood and palo santo. This candle will have you feeling grounded with the strike of a match. Inspired by Tofino's short days and long nights during the winter season. Sunday Morning - The Sunday Morning Candle boasts a rich blend of dark roasted coffee beans, warm vanilla, and deep woody bourbon notes that provide an invigorating aroma to your space. It captures the essence of how your coffee should taste, giving you a delightful experience even when you're not sipping your favorite brew. COASTAL CANDLE COLLECTION Chesterman Beach - The Chesterman Beach Candle has a blend of sweet grass, eucalyptus, hemp, and sage - Think green and clean! Tonquin Beach - Tropical aromas of pineapple, coconut, and mango will bring you back to a warm vacation. It will have you throwing on your swimming trunks and cranking the reggae tunes! Tonquin Beach is a smaller beach with heaps of hidden treasure coves. The water and sun is always warmer in this sheltered beach. Long Beach - Long Beach is a delicate and floral blend of lemon and lavender aromas. This candle promotes total chill much like the beach does. Long Beach is a part of the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve and is the longest beach on Vancouver Island, stretching for over 16 kilometers. Wick Beach - Sandalwood and citrus come together to create a bright and earthy candle. A go-to in my home. Stubbs Island - Stubbs Island candle is bright and balanced with a blend of yuzu citrus and jasmine flowers. The island is off the coast of Tofino and has a rich Japanese history, so I choose aromas of a similar origin. Barkley Sound - This heartwarming candle is a delightful blend of spices, including cardamom, clove, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg, that come together to create a cozy and comforting aroma.
