Inspired by a well-known Hefeweizen, this Mit Hefe style brew (meaning with yeast) is the perfect pale gold partner for a relaxed afternoon after running along the beach in slow-motion. With aromas of clove, spice and a hint of banana, matched with a spritzy, yet soft malt palate and a suggestion of lemon that leaves a clean finish… it’s safe to say, The Hoff will have you surfing a wave of satisfaction into the sunset; and unlike the Hoff himself, this brew will improve with age.
