Indian Bread-making & Tasting Experience During this half day Indian bread making workshop and tatsing experience, you will learn how to make the traditional special occasion Indian breads eaten in households across Punjab and the rest of the world. Using the techniques that Indian women have been using for centuries, this intimate experience, with hands-on workshop, will take you through the bread-making methods, step by step. Itinerary & Details 9.15, Arrival. 9.30 - Paratha-making & 1st tasting: Paratha, Indian scrambled eggs 11 - Puri-making & 2nd tasting: Puri served as the famous Punjabi combo, Chole & Bhatoore 12.30 - Naan-making & 3rd tasting; Naan served with Tandoori Chicken 2pm -Finish. After creating each of the types of bread from scratch: Paratha, Puri & Naan, we will enjoy a sit-down tasting session, comprising of 3 tasting sessions all in one workshop. Its a cookery feasting occasion, while we talk you through the tasting notes and information about the dishes and breads.
