The Griffin in Godshill is home to the Lady in Black, as she has become known. Spotted many times by patrons and staff alike over the years, she is said to be dressed entirely in b lack and often appears quite clearly to those who encounter her. As well as appearing outright, it is also thought she may be responsible for cold spots, items moving from place to place and even a glass seen to fly off of the bar. Our large ghost figurines measure approximately 8 cm tall and are hand-made with care on the Isle of Wight, thought to be the most haunted island in the world. Each ghost is completely unique and features an Isle of Wight shaped base. Matt finish. Please note that by virtue of the hand-making and finishing process, minor imperfections and slight colour variations may be present.
