The Last Supper Ring is a band in 925 sterling silver carved with the Last Supper, the final meal Jesus shared with his apostles the night before the crucifixion. The scene is cut in fine relief around the outside of the band, the figures set along the table so the scene continues the whole way around.Because the band is a circle, the meal has no edge and no end: the line of apostles runs back into itself instead of stopping at a frame as a painting does. For a Christian wearer the ring keeps that moment of shared bread on the hand through the day.
