Rum Cake is often served with a glass of rum, wine, or a cup of tea or coffee. Storage Instructions: Store in a cool place. After opening, the cake is best consumed within two to three days but can last a week. If you want your cake to last longer than 1 week, then add a bit more rum or wine on the cake.
