Reflexion is matured in first fill sherry seasoned casks, using both European and American oak, creating an extremely well balanced and complex single malt. This intricate characte r and flavor is also drawn from maturation in smaller Hogshead casks, which allows a greater surface area of wood to interact with the whisky. With a deep red mahogany hue, this is a bold and full-bodied whisky, perfectly combining floral and vanilla notes, punctuated with fresh apples and apricots.
