Since 2018, The Macfarlane Fund have supported an ambitious exhibition series at ACCA, The Macfarlane Commissions, leading to major new commissions by eighteen contemporary artists across three exhibitions: The Theatre is Lying:The inaugural Macfarlane Commissions, Overlapping Magisteria: The 2020 Macfarlane Commissions and Like a Wheel That Turns: The 2022 Macfarlane Commissions.
