Dowel can be purchased very cheaply at most hardware stores.When the banner is purchased, you can send the wording you would like, and your colour requests, in an email to [email protected] quoting your order number. You will receive a digital mockup of your design for you to confirm, once this is confirmed your order will go into production. The pricing on this listing is based on a solid plain coloured background, with applique lettering (no printing on the fabric).
