When Gage Logan suddenly becomes the sole parent of his young son after his ex-wife's death, he turns to Valerie Hall—a divorced single mother raising an autistic boy—for childcare . As childhood acquaintances reconnect, their shared struggles with broken marriages, wounded faith, and the daily challenges of parenting draw them together. A tender LDS romance about forgiveness, returning to the Church, and building a blended family, The Matchup offers hope to anyone loving a child with special needs. An authentic, heartfelt portrayal of raising a child with autism, written by an author who lives it. “Everyday I'm grateful that you saw my worth when I didn't see it myself.” Show more
