The Meadow short is hand-cut from a super soft hand-woven khadi from India. This is a medium-weight cotton with a canvas like texture, un-dyed with a natural fleck. The Meadow Short displays the beautiful artistry of quilting with grandmother's flower garden patches, originally hand stitched in the nineteen-thirties. These patches were placed onto the garment and carefully hand embroidered around each petal for a whimsical, bespoke design. An elastic waistband, drawstring and side pockets create a relaxed and flowy fit. This piece was hand cut and sewn in Nashville and is one of a kind. Size: Medium Composition: 100% Cotton Care: Hand-wash cold and hang dry. Iron on low heat. And/ or dry clean. As the quilted pieces are vintage, they may be susceptible to irregularities. This is all part of its charm and are not classed as flaws.
