The Morrigan I started working with The Morrigan when I was a baby Witchling around 20. She was the first Dark Goddess that I heard the call from. I ignored it because at the time I was silent, stagnate, and subservient. Gross 🤮 haha My Celtic blood that runs through these veins started to boil with the injustices that I swallows constantly. I remember flipping through a book at the local shop in New Hope, PA and the pages stopped on this beautiful red head draped in black, a sword, and a Raven on her shoulder. I saw the name is all caps; THE MORRIGAN, and what I call now the spirit shivers came all over me and I heard, “Do you know my name?” I slammed the book shut and put it down. Thinking I was absolutely out of my mind I politely excused myself from the store. Three days later a crow showed up in my back yard cawing, which wasn’t too out of the ordinary and I brought out some food. Then next day, two more showed up, and the day after I had a murder in my back yard. And again I heard, “Do you know my name?” I said aloud, “You’re The Morrigan.” The shivers when up and down my back and I felt like I had a sword in my hand as a heaviness came on it and I heard, “Then pick up your sword.” This spell candle is all about protection, strength, and connection.
