Simply clamp the top corners to your backdrop stand & secure the bottom corners or, tape all corners directly to your studio wall- pull tight for a smooth finish. Quick setup & change out. The ideal backdrop if you desire durability and longevity. POLY PAPER BACKDROPS: High quality blended poly paper, non-reflective surface & excellent print/color quality. Clamp the top corners to your backdrop stand & secure the bottom corners, or, tape all corners directly to your studio wall (with painters tape). Available in 5 foot size option only.MAT FLOORS: Our Ultra durable Mat Floors have a non-slip, rubber backing, and feature a tightly woven exhibition style carpet topping with a soft fabric like feel, perfect for infants and children. We highly recommend using Mat Floors for Flooring instead of poly or fabric for continual use due to their durability and longevity. You can easily store your Mat Floor by rolling, or laying flat and stacking. We recommend storing your floor flat to avoid denting or bubblingMat Floors are printed on a raw material, so small imperfections/markings, bubbles or markings may be present in the print and are not a flaw.The photo carpet material unfortunately does stretch in the manufacturing process they will not always lay flat. This is the nature of the product and we will not be able to accept returns due to this. CARE: Fabric Backdrops can be folded & stacked for easy storage/transporting. Fabric is water resistant & can be gently spot cleaned by dabbing using a lightly dampened soft cloth (clean using water only & do not wipe/scrub/rub). Remove wrinkles or creases by placing in the dryer 10 minutes prior to using. Poly Paper Backdrops must be stored rolled or hung. Allow to air dry if it becomes wet or soiled. Gently dab wet area first using a soft cloth (do not wipe/scrub/rub). Use painters tape with caution.If your Mat Floor gets dirty, you can simply clean with Dawn soap and hose off using a high pressure hose. We do not recommend using for cake smashes unless using white icing, the icing dye can stain your Mat Floor. PROCESSING: All Printed Backdrops are custom made to order based on your unique art, material and size and take 1-2 weeks to process before shipping.All Mat Floors are custom made to order and will take 2-3 weeks to process before shipping. SHIPPING: After the 1-2 week processing period, US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is a 2-3 business day delivery.International orders: After the 1-2 week processing period, Fabric backdrop orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail which is a 6-10 business day delivery.Mat Floors will ship in 2-3 weeks with USPS Priority Mail.International orders with Fabric backdrops weighing 4.0 lb or less will ship via USPS First Class International Mail, which is a 10-14 business day delivery.Please note: Mat Floor and Fabric Backdrops will ship separate from one another due to the material and packaging required to ship each. EXCHANGES/REFUNDS: Each backdrop & floor is custom made to order, therefore we do not accept exchanges/refunds/returns.If your floor is received defective or damaged it must be reported within 30 days of receipt for replacement.
