It is a collection of songs that I wrote over the years, mostly between 2015 and 2018. After several years of not playing them I decided to revive them and give them a new life. The other tracks are covers of old swing, early jazz, gospel and delta blues songs from the 20's and 30's that I like. Although The Old 13 String Bandits is a full band, this album was recorded as a solo album. All the songs were recorded live with only a couple places where the harmonica was overdubbed. All songs are written by me except for:Blue Prelude was written by Joe Bishop and Gordon JenkinsConsumptive Sara Jane is an old folk tune with no known original author, but I learned it from Blind Blake HiggsA Porter's Love Song to a Chamberamaid was written by James P.
