You're welcome to Mix & Match from our entire cellar Winemaking and Analysis • This Premium red blend has an intense concentration and flavour, creating a bigger, bolderred than what is generally expected from our cool climate• Component grapes from the 2022 vintage were mainly sourced from both our Estate andAvonport vineyard blocks; a smaller component of grape was sourced in partnership withseveral local winegrowers based around the North Mountain between Centreville and CapeBlomidon• 4 weeks average maceration and fermentation time, with a gentle pressing, helped add to anintense inky red colour and great palate structure• Only the best and most premium barrels from our multi-year red program are utilized. Acombination or French, American, and Hungarian oak barrels, of varying age and intensity(from neutral to medium toast)• Barrel aging for 15 months• Full malolactic fermentation• This blend has continuously been at the top of the LV portfolio (formally known as Black Cabmany years ago)• Strong aging potential for many years
