Skin contact brings out full aromas like white peach, pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit. Delicate acidity. 25 days of skin maceration and 6 months of ageing in concrete eggs. The name 'Ya Yeh' is a local nickname for eggs, and refers to the shape of the vessel. 3. Vina Krapez, Lapor Belo 2020 Full bodied orange wine with a pronounced bouquet of ripe peach, dried apricot, tarry notes, and balsamic notes in the background. On the palette, it is dry, flavorful, with a clear tannin grip and an intense, persistent finish. Awarded Bronze by Decanter. "This is quite rounded with a restrained stone fruit nose and palate and a fast, warm finish" This wine is well-suited for pairing with poultry, fish, shellfish, and matured cheeses. 7-day maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation. Aged 12 months in a large oak barrel on its fine lees. Bottled without clarification or filtration.
