The Ovens is a place famous for two things - sea caves and the 1861 Nova Scotian gold rush! The gold may no longer be there, but you can still walk the shore trail and check out th e sea caves. Or stay in the campground and catch an amazing sunset, like this one. This piece was inspired by a photo, and captures the view from your tent, where you can sleep to the sound of the crashing waves, and dream of riches waiting to be found on the shore below. Each of our original artworks is unique. It starts with a canvas made from a carefully handcrafted wood frame, fitted with wooden slats that are milled to various depths to give our artwork its signature and one of a kind texture. Blending coastal inspiration with contemporary craftsmanship, our designs capture the peace and natural beauty of Nova Scotia and the Maritimes. Size: 13.5"W x 9"H Materials: Acrylic on wood slats.
