The Overnighter is the Mumma Bear take on a bircher-style muesli. It is made from southern New Zealand rolled oats an oat bran, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds with dried apricot s, cranberries, and sunflower and a small amount of brown sugar to lift the flavour. Overnighter can be prepared as an overnight chilled oats or as a hot porridge. To prepare chilled: mix together ½ cup Overnighter, 1 grated apple (skin included) and 1 cup natural yoghurt. Refrigerate overnight, then add milk of your choice to reach desired consistency and enjoy with fresh fruit and a sprinkle of Mumma Bear granola for a little crunch. To prepare hot: Take 1/3 cup Overnighter and add 2/3 cup water (or milk). Cook in the microwave for 1 minute, stir and cook for another 30 seconds.
