This mixed-fermentation saison is a collaboration with Maidenii and Carwyn Cellars. Aged in Maidenii"s sweet vermouth Barrel, balancing gentle botanical sweetness with herbal complexity, bright acidity, and a classic saison funk. Whole cone ryefield hops layer in citrus lift and a firm, pleasant bitterness. We celebrated the launch at Carwyn Cellars on Saturday 2 May 2026. You can read more about the collaboration on Carwyn Cellars' blog. 5.2% ABV | 750ml Maidenii was severely affected by the bushfires that swept through Harcourt in January 2026.
