Come join us to make one our our family's favorite pastas, ricotta gnocchi. Lighter than potato gnocchi and easier to make, this will become one of your specialty dishes as well. W hile our dough is resting we will have a salad dressing demonstration using one of our olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
