In many traditions, this is a time of illumination and celebration, where life force energy is at its peak and everything in nature is vibrantly alive. This is a moment of fullness — and also a reminder to stay rooted as we expand. When energy is at its height, the nervous system can feel both open and overstimulated. This workshop offers a space to meet that intensity with grounding, so you can remain connected to your body as you open into the height of summer. Through breathwork, energy work, and Spinal Energetics, we’ll support the release of stored tension and help the nervous system regulate, creating space for clarity, steadiness, and embodied ease. Whether you’re navigating change, stepping into a new chapter, or simply wanting to feel more anchored within your own energy, this is a space to pause, reconnect, and integrate. What to Expect • Intention Setting – Clarify what you’re ready to embody or expand into at this threshold• Breathwork / Pranayama – Gentle practices to regulate the nervous system and ground awareness• Spinal Energetics – A somatic and energetic modality supporting release, reset, and reconnection• Closing Circle with Tea – Time to integrate, reflect, and connect This workshop supports you in staying grounded within expansion — offering a moment of pause, recalibration, and reconnection as we move into the peak of summer light. About the Practitioners Elena Capurro of Elena Soma Energetics works with somatic and energetic bodywork, supporting women — and also working with men — to reconnect with their bodies and deepen inner awareness. Her work focuses on nervous system regulation and somatic reconditioning, helping release stored tension and long-held patterns through practices including Reiki, crystals, and Spinal Energetics. Nora Zeid, founder of Frequency Wellness, specialises in somatics, energetics, and embodiment. With over 10 years of experience, she supports deep transformation through body–mind–spirit practices, guiding people back to their innate vitality. Contraindications This workshop may not be suitable for those experiencing: • Cardiovascular conditions• Epilepsy, seizures, or aneurysms• Recent serious injury, fracture, or surgery (within the last 6 months)• Severe and ongoing PTSD• A destabilising spiritual emergency or awakening• Use of multiple medications affecting the brain or nervous system• Glaucoma or retinal detachment• Pregnancy (please contact the facilitator before booking) If you are unsure, please get in touch before booking. Please Note • Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a journal• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early (late entry will not be permitted)• A waiver and intake form must be completed prior to the session or on arrival• Filming/photography may take place — please inform us if you prefer not to be included Parking Parking is available around Twickenham Green and nearby roads. All equipment is provided, including mats. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat or any personal equipment if you prefer. What Should I Wear? Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Class Size To ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment, our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 participants per session. This allows for more personalised guidance and attention for each individual.
