The Extra Coverage Duo Bundle Meet the ultimate confidence combo for heavier flow days. The Extra Coverage Duo pairs the Hey Zomi reusable menstrual disc with our ultra-comfy Midi Brief period underwear for extra protection when you want it most. The menstrual disc sits in the vaginal fornix (right under the cervix), collecting your flow internally for up to 12 hours of leak-free protection. Paired with our Midi Brief period underwear, you’ve got a reliable backup layer for heavier days, overnight wear, or while you’re getting comfortable using a disc. Our Midi Briefs feel just like regular underwear (no bulky nappy vibes). They’re soft, moisture-wicking, invisible under clothes, and designed to hold up to 4 tampons worth of flow. Together, this duo helps lighten your menstrual load. This means fewer leaks, less stress, and more freedom to move through your day.
