Licence This purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the included designs. You may use the designs for both personal and commercial purposes on physical finished products. Permitted Use You are welcome to: Create and sell physical products using the designs. Use the designs for personal projects. Use the designs within your own business on finished products. Printing Restrictions CMCraftsUK is the exclusive authorised business permitted to print these designs as: UV DTF DTF Sublimation Eco Solvent Stickers Transfers Printed sheets Any other printed transfer or print format These designs must not be supplied to, or printed by, any other print provider in the above formats. Strictly Prohibited You may not: Resell, share, gift, copy, trade or redistribute any digital file included within this drive. Upload any design to print-on-demand websites, digital marketplaces or file-sharing platforms. Claim the artwork as your own. Edit, trace or alter the designs for the purpose of reselling them as digital artwork. Sell, bundle or include the files within another digital product or design collection. Copyright All artwork remains the intellectual property and copyright of CMCraftsUK. Purchasing this drive provides a licence to use the designs—it does not transfer ownership or copyright. Breach of Terms Any breach of these terms may result in: Immediate termination of your licence. Removal of access to the Digital Design Drive without refund. Further legal action where appropriate for copyright infringement or unauthorised distribution. Refund Policy: Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of this product, all sales are final. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate access to the Digital Design Drive and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
