The Power Pack is a custom set of two 10 lb plates (20 lbs total) designed as an add-on to the Pro Staff. In addition to the 20 lb weighted plates included with the Pro Staff, the extra Power Pack intensifies your MYMODE practice for higher-level strength-training, with a total resistance power of 40 pounds. We recommend an extra Power Pack for clients who are experienced lifters, athletes, and/or strength-trainers who have the foundation to level up their practice. Notes: The Pro Staff can only hold a total of 2 Power Packs. The Power Pack is not compatible with the original MYMODE staff. To prevent injury or damage to your MYMODE, only use the Power Pack with the Pro Staff. Show more
