Review why behaviors happen, the significance of our role and mindset when it comes to behavior, as well as the importance of building skills for our learners in the most effective manner. Module 2: Contributing Factors to Behavior - Discover how factors such as diagnosis, trauma, anxiety, and sensory needs play a major role in why behaviors happen and which strategies we will use. Module 2, reviews each of these factors, as well as how to consider them when developing individualized behavior strategies and supports for learners. Module 3: Prevent - Lean into the first portion of the 3-Tiered Practical Behavior Approach: Prevent. Learn how arranging the environment and adult support can be proactive and prevent negative behaviors before they start.
