Electronic Thermal Control (ETC) technology eliminates flare-ups, grease fires, and wear. Rust-resistant grill built from a 3/16” marine-grade aluminum plate. Electronic fuel injection for precise gas control. Five 25,000 BTU burners (125,000 total BTUs). 100% built in the USA. ETC eliminates flare-ups and grease fires by keeping the bottom of the grill at about 200 degrees Fahrenheit even when the grill's ambient temperature is at 700 degrees. Grease that falls to the bottom of the grill quickly cools below the smoke/burn temperature, preventing flashovers. ETC eliminates burner failure by keeping the burner tubes at about 500 degrees (too cool to wear out). Features & Benefits No more black soot on your food from failing stainless steel burners caused by corrosion, thanks to our rust-resistant grill! The Forever Blue Burners built into our non-flare-up grills are made from aluminum and are actively cooled with ETC to prevent wear. Each burner is controlled by electronic fuel injection and can put out up to 25,000 BTUs for a total of 125,000 BTUs. Power and Performance. Each burner built into our no-flame grill delivers 25,000 BTUs for a total of 125,000 BTUs. This gives you the power to cook with the hood up or down with ease. The fuel injection gives you a much wider range of control, giving you the ability to cook two things at the same time with one set to a low level and the other at full power. Grill Level Temperature Control. Our rust-resistant grill gives you the ability to control the temperature like an oven. The range is 100°F to 550°F. This feature is great for slow cooking over a long time. It is also used to eliminate under-hood grease fires responsible for burning the top of food, like chicken and burgers. Electronic Fuel Injection. Most gas grills’ lowest temperature is 300°F to 350°F, which is way too hot for slow cooking. Predator Grills give you a much wider range of gas control, from extremely low to extremely high. Auto Restart. If the burner is set low on a windy day, and it's blown out, it will automatically restart. This feature is also used during temperature control mode. Rapidfire Ignition. Each burner in our non-flare-up grills has its own ignition driver module and heavy-duty electrodes. Durable Construction: This rust-resistant grill is built out of a 3/16" marine-grade aluminum plate, and, with our (ETC) technology, it will last nearly indefinitely. Easy-to-Clean Fire Box: Since the grease that falls to the bottom of the no-flame grill never gets over 200°F, it never gets baked on, making it much easier to clean. Just spray in some detergent-based cleaner and hose it out the way the grill was designed to be cleaned. The drain port on the bottom of our grill is 1.5" and can be plumbed directly into a grease trap. Ultimate Sear: 125,000 BTUs produces outstanding infrared heat, great for searing steaks.
