Your Coach takes feedback from your form and from the video call, and gives you weekly feedback. This includes adjustments made to your fitness and nutrition plan as needed. Your Coach helps you set weekly goals based on the 3 main spheres of wellness: nutrition, fitness and mental wellbeing. We also discuss mindset and positive habit formation.
