Winery Notes: The Prisoner was inspired by the “mixed blacks” first made by the Italian immigrants who originally settled in Napa Valley. In the glass, this full-bodied, opulent re d reveals classic cranberry, blackberry, dried plum, caramelized vanilla, nutmeg and toasted coconut notes on the nose.
