Filmmaker Justin (Michael Stahl-David) decides to explore life in a crime-plagued neighborhood in Brooklyn, N.Y., for his next project. While Justin shadows two police officers who patrol the local streets, he enlists his friend John (Nicholas Webber) and his girlfriend, Dana (Jamie Proctor), to follow a pair of young men trying to escape the ghetto.
