Rumcake- One of the most requested cakes my mother made was her RUMCAKE. Baking day filled our home with the most delicious scents. This isn’t my mother’s rumcake but more of a fall twist with notes of cinnamon, pumpkin, cardamom, clove, nutmeg, tonka bean. There is that perfect rum and butter base though that takes me back to those glorious days of baking! Dark Pumpkin- With licorice and anise this pumpkin spice just got a whole new twist. Warm licorice scents sit on top of clove, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, and ginger with musk, cedarwood, tonka, and sweet vanilla rounding everything off.
