Introducing The Quiet Man Irish Whiskey – a tribute to timeless tradition and the art of bartending. Named in honor of founder Ciaran Mulgrew’s father, John Mulgrew, whose legacy as a devoted, career bartender is captured in every sip. This exclusive Barman’s Code release whisks you away on a sensory journey to Sicily, where the robust Marsala wine finish perfectly complements the whiskey’s crisp floral and delicate vanilla notes. Crafted as a 10-year single malt and finished in Marsala wine barrels, The Quiet Man offers an enticing aroma of candied fruits and honey. On the palate, subtle spice and cherry nuances unfold gracefully, leading to a sweet, fruity finish with just a hint of heat. At 43% ABV (86 proof), this refined spirit is available in a 700mL bottle, with a limited release of just 1,500 cases.
