A question of control, and one Danish designer Lærk e Ryom decided to refuse entirely. Compact and considered, the bench carries the same quilted wool surface and twill weave edge banding found throughout the collection — details that reward a closer look. The edge banding in particular is worth pausing on: twill weave is a technique drawn from the world of clothing and home textiles, not furniture.
