The Richmond leads with good bones: a double-height entry, a 20-by-22-foot living room open to the kitchen and breakfast area, and a first-floor primary suite that keeps the owners off the stairs for good. The working wing — scullery, pantry, laundry, mudroom — runs efficiently behind the scenes, keeping the kitchen looking its best no matter what's happening on the stove. Out back, a 16-by-21-foot screened porch anchored by an outdoor fireplace is where this house earns its keep. Upstairs: three guest bedrooms, a media room that seats the whole family, a gym, and attic storage that means business. Show more
