The Rochester is a standalone adjustable base with a plain headboard included. Like the Power Base it can be retrofitted into a bed frame you already own, but the built in headboar d means it also works as a complete bed on its own. The look is clean and minimal, suited to a modern bedroom. Features Retrofit design. Drops into most existing bed frames, or stands as a complete bed on its own. Plain integrated headboard. A simple, straight headboard included as part of the base. Back rest adjustment. Raises the head and shoulders so you can sit up to read, watch television or eat comfortably. Leg rest adjustment. Lifts the legs to take pressure off the hips and lower back and help with circulation. Zero gravity. A preset position that raises the head and legs above the heart, spreading body weight evenly and easing pressure on the spine. 5 part adjustable movement. The sleeping surface splits into five sections that move together, following the natural bend of the body rather than folding at a single hinge. Maximum user weight 50 stone (318 kg).
