Produced by hand using locally sourced and low-impact materials, the artisans who craft them are paid fairly and take great pride in their craft. The flatware is created in Thanh Hóa, and hand carved from organic natural bamboo free of dyes, chemicals and coatings. Sewists in Hội An create the storage pouches using vegetable-dyed organic jute and natural organic cotton. Straw cleaner made from stainless steel with natural coconut fibre bristles.
