The Scrap Method: Colourways & Design A 24-page digital guide to building colourways that feel intentional, not random. Ever looked at a pile of scraps and wondered why some fabrics just work together while others feel like they're actively fighting each other? This guide is my attempt to put into words what usually lives inside my brain. No art degree required. No fancy colour theory jargon. Just everything I've learned about building colourways from turning second-hand clothes into wearable art. Inside, you'll learn how I build Scrap Collective colourways using colour, pattern, texture, repetition, trims and design details to create pieces that feel intentional instead of random. Inside The Guide • The Scrap Colour Wheel• Colour relationships explained simply• Complementary, analogous and monochromatic colourways• Understanding undertones• Choosing a hero fabric• Reading your fabric• Texture builders• Statement, supporting and neutral patterns• Trims, hood linings and repeated design elements• A real Scrap Collective colourway breakdown What This Guide Is This isn't a rule book.
