Most sewing machines come with one or two presser feet. This kit gives you thirty-two. The Sewing Machine Upgrade Kit Kit pairs the full 32-piece Ultimate Presser Foot Set — covering every common sewing technique from zippers to quilting, hemming to button sewing — with the Seam Guide Ruler and Magnetic Seam Guide for precise seam allowances, and the Small Accessories Bag to keep everything organised and at hand. The Seam Guide Ruler is the first tool to use whenever you change techniques. Each of the 32 feet calls for a specific seam allowance or needle position — the ruler's 16 holes cover every allowance from ⅛" to 2", so you set the machine accurately before sewing a single stitch. The Magnetic Seam Guide locks that setting in for the entire task. The 11-pocket accessories bag holds the feet you're not using, the ruler, the magnetic guide, the snap-on adapter, the digital manual, and any other small notions — all visible through clear pockets, all rolled up when you're done. Why You'll Love It 32 Presser Feet = 32 New Things Your Machine Can Do — Zipper feet, quilting feet, hemming feet, button feet, gathering feet, walking feet, embroidery feet and more — the Ultimate Presser Foot Set unlocks techniques that most sewists spend years accumulating feet to do. Everything is numbered, documented in the digital guide, and stored in the included case. The Seam Guide Ruler Makes Every Foot Change Easy — Switching between feet often means switching seam allowances. The ruler removes all guesswork: lower the needle into the correct hole, lock the magnetic guide, and the machine is set perfectly for the new foot and technique in under a minute. All 32 Feet Organised and Accessible in the Storage Bag — The Small Accessories Bag's 11 transparent zippered pockets are sized to hold groups of presser feet by technique — keep zipper feet in one pocket, quilting feet in another, hemming feet in a third. See exactly what you need at a glance. Roll it up and your entire presser foot collection fits in a drawer. A Snap-On System That Works on Most Machines — The Ultimate Presser Foot Set uses a standard low-shank snap-on bar fitting, compatible with Singer, Brother, Janome, Babylock, Kenmore, White, Juki, and most domestic low-shank machines. The set includes a snap-on adapter for machines that need it. One Kit That Transforms How Much Your Machine Can Do — Most sewists never discover what their machine is actually capable of because they only ever use the feet it came with. This kit changes that completely — from the first session. Specifications 1. Note: Pfaff and Bernina require a high-shank adapter (available separately at madamsew.com) Instructions Open the presser foot case and identify the foot you need. Every foot is numbered and the included digital guide explains the technique for each one. Select the foot for your current task — e.g. foot #4 for invisible zipper, foot #18 for ¼" quilting seams. Set the correct seam allowance with the Seam Guide Ruler. Before attaching the new foot, place the Seam Guide Ruler on the needle plate and lower the needle into the hole that matches your required allowance. Position the Magnetic Seam Guide against the ruler edge and lock it. Remove the ruler. Snap on the presser foot. Lower the presser foot holder onto the snap-on bar of the new foot and lower until it clicks into place. If your machine requires the adapter, attach the adapter to the foot bar first, then snap the foot to the adapter. Sew with confidence. With the seam guide locked and the correct foot attached, guide your fabric against the magnetic guide. Your stitch will be accurate to the correct allowance for that foot and technique every time. Store unused feet in the accessories bag by technique. After each session, group the feet you used into their relevant pocket in the roll-up bag — hemming feet together, quilting feet together, zipper feet together. Use the clear pocket windows to identify the group at a glance next session. Keep the ruler and magnetic guide in a dedicated bag pocket. The ruler's small size fits into one of the shorter bag pockets; the magnetic guide stores beside it. This ensures they're always paired and never lost between sessions.
