Daly's Bridge, or the 'Shakey Bridge' as it's known, is just down the road from the primary school I attended in Cork City. This beautiful bridge is suspended over the Lee and conn ects Fitzgerald's Park with the north side of the city.One winter morning, I aimed to make an image where the perfect symmetry of the bridge is broken by the light cast between the wrought iron bars from the the low rising sun.
