The booking fee will be applied toward your total service cost. Any remaining balance is due at the time of service. Please NoteExtension hair is not included in the service price. Hair may be purchased through SHE'KEND or provided by the client. If your extensions require coloring or customization, we recommend dropping them off 3–5 business days before your installation appointment. Same-day customization may be available depending on your desired result, appointment schedule, and the extent of customization required. Your natural hair and scalp will be evaluated as part of your experience. If additional care or a modification to the planned service is recommended to protect the health and integrity of your natural hair, we'll discuss the best approach with you before moving forward.
