Alex Lapierre (Alan Delabie), is a professional assassin who goes by the nickname "the Shepherd." After a long career in the business, he decides to retire and start a new life. Ho wever, his boss Lewis (Don "The Dragon" Wilson), who is the head of the organization that employs him, gives him one last mission. He must protect the daughter of an old friend, an African minister, who is under the imminent threat of being kidnapped.
