The Small Cheese Board This board feeds 5-8 and is a great "Wow!" appetizer. 9"x12” board. Photo 3 is a meatless option. The Small includes the following: 3 types of cheeses. 4-5 oz per cheese. We include cow’s milk (Gouda + Toscano), and Boursin. Cheeses in photo are cheeses that are standard for this board. 2 types of meats: Genoa salame (6 oz), and Pepperoni nuggets (4 oz). A variety of olives, fruits, nuts, preserves and honey. Crackers included on the side. *All recommended serving sizes are appetizer portion suggestions. If serving as the main meal, consider going a size up. *Please note that all cheeses, meats, produce, etc., are based on what is seasonally available, and are often interchanged. Your board will NOT look exactly like the photo rather it will look similar. *If you have allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please include these in the Special Notes section at checkout.
