The Stargazer was designed as an evolution of my very popular Stargazer reverb pedal. The base reverb was modeled after the original Stargazer as best I could with the new platform. I tried to capture the essence of the original which used a Belton brick, but with a more diffused, ambient sound and better control at higher decay levels. Of course, adding an octave effect (SPARKLE) and a modulation control add to its usability. It has modern features like soft touch switches, trails, and stereo functionality.RIGHT FOOTSWITCHCycles between the top channel (BLUE) and bottom channel (RED)LEFT FOOTSWITCHActivates/deactivates the entire pedal.MONO TO STEREOPlugging a single cable into one of the inputs allows you to go from mono to stereo.Your input will be duplicated and sent to both outputs.LEDSRIGHT TOP LED (BLUE): Is on when top row of controls is activeRIGHT BOTTOM LED (RED): Is on when top row of controls is activeLEFT LED (YELLOW): ON/OFFRIGHT FOOTSWITCHCycles between the top channel (BLUE) and bottom channel (RED)MIXControls the blend between wet and dry. Can be 100%. Wet and Dry are at equalweight at 12 o’clock.DECAYControls the amount of decay and length of the reverb. Can go to near self-oscillationwhen maxedSPARKLEThis is an octave up effect applied only to the reverb signal. It is not to be confused with shimmer. Shimmer is placed in the feedback loop and therefore it arpeggiates. This is added post feedback, so it simply adds an octave and provides a much simpler, less obnoxious sound.MODSwirly Pitch Bending on the reverb signal. Provides subtle movement to the reverb to avoid being stale. Can get pretty wobbly at high levels.
