Fruit-driven and expressive, it reveals hints of dark chocolate, fresh berry compote, and rich preserves. Juicy and approachable, with round, supple tannins, this easy-drinking Mediterranean-style wine finishes smooth and satisfying.WINEMAKING NOTES Whole bunch destemmed, crushed, all varietals co fermented, open top fermenters for a 10 day ferment. Pressed to second use puncheon’s, finished with malo fermentation.
