It contains Flamingo Estate's famous blend of Mission, Picual, Leccino, Pendolino, and Frantoio Olive varietals, which makes for a vibrant, peppery Oil balanced by softer fruit notes. Each bottle is harvested by Philip Asquith — a fourth-generation Olive farmer.
