This beautiful Tagine has been created by architect and design legend Rodolfo Dordoni. Comprised of 2 elements - a non-stick pan and a conical lid with beautiful rope handle. Durin g cooking, the steam rises towards the coolest part of the tagine lid, condenses and falls back on the food, keeping it soft. Ideal for long cooking at low temperatures. The excellent thermal conductivity of aluminium is further enhanced by the non-stick coating. And of course it's a beautiful object from which to serve and enjoy at the table.
