Basic ConfigurationThis option is best for simple setups with less than 4 devices being configured and includes - device activation, registration and firmware updates. Configuration and setup. Once the initial configuration is done, the unit(s) will be shipped to site for you to plug in. The Tech Geeks will be on hand for up to a further 30 minutes to work through any last-minute changes or issues. Standard ConfigurationThis option is best for those that desire a little more hands-on support. It is tailored for implementations with less than 8 devices being configured and includes device activation, registration and firmware updates. Once the initial configuration is done, the unit(s) will be shipped to site for you to plug in. The Tech Geeks will be on hand for up to a further 1 hour to work through any changes needed in the first 7 days of the install. Advanced ConfigurationThis option is suited for more complicated setups, particularly networks with multiple device types, like cameras, access points, routers and switches. It includes device activation, registration and firmware updates as well as configuration and setup. Configuration time is limited to a maximum of 3 hours. Once the initial configuration is done, the unit(s) will be shipped to site for you to plug in. The Tech Geeks will be on hand for up to a further 2 hours to work through any changes needed in the first 14 days of the install.
