A one colour linoprint titled 'The Three Comets'. Each is printed in prussian blue oil based ink on heavyweight Fabriano Rosaspina paper. 50 available in the edition.Named after th e three comets of 1618 which saw three arrive in the same year causing much debate and concern. Each comet has been created from medieval depicions of comet events, and scientific illustrations.These prints are the first incarnation of this design and are signed and dated with 'EV' (meaning variable edition) and numbered as part of the edition.
