Our super soft, double layer organic cotton with a backup layer to catch the start of any accidents. Because they happen! 100% organic cotton and plant dyed. Grown and sewn in the U.S. ~ All of our items are dyed with plants - as natural as it gets! Natural dyes are not as consistent or colorfast as conventional (synthetic!) dyes which means some variation in color is to be expected. This means between different dye batches and seasons and fibers, the color may shift slightly. We think plants are cool and like to think that each piece is unique. As it fades and wears, it shows the life lived in the piece. We like our clothes washed with an eco friendly detergent on cold with like colors and hung to dry (or tumbled on low, in a pinch!) Your clothes and the earth will like it too. (colors will also fade if left in direct sun and some dyes react to citrus. See CARE instructions in the FAQ for more info)
