The pinky is an Aries symbol, which is his zodiac sign as well as an Illuminati symbol. Sometimes Leonardo is given credit for being a forefather of the Illuminati so the finger tattoos are plays on that symbology, the all seeing eye, inverted cross, and 6 pointed star.
