For this bar we set out to make the best whiskey infused chocolate. Using a mix of Scotch and top shelf Kentucky Bourbon style whiskey, we drenched a mixture of 80% Peru and 20% Vi etnamese cacao beans then slowly and carefully evaporated all of the moisture before grinding. The result is this buttery smooth bar with sweet malty notes of oak and brown sugar. Show more
